Great! .. I would be upgrading in the short future

I'm not a web techy. The last time I tried to build a 'simple site' it took me six months. Little did I know that those 6 months of building counted against my 'free year' of display. That 'free year' ended abruptly; I was barely getting started. I was amazed at the simplicity of this site. I know it's very basic but right now, that is all I need until I get off the ground. My deep concern right now is, 'Am I going to get hit with monthly fees.' If so, you can kiss this website goodbye. I need start time.
